Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping (Free on orders $50+): 7–14 business days
• Express Shipping ($9.99): 3–7 business days

Tracking

All orders come with tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email within 24–48 hours of your order being shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

FurElite is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing please contact your local post office with your tracking number.
