How to Request a Refund

2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days please check with your bank first. Then contact us at support@furelite.com and we will investigate immediately.
